International School of Herzen University is an Authorized* School of the International Baccalaureate High School Program (MYP) and an Authorized* School of the Diploma Programme (DP).
The International Baccalaureate diploma is recognized in 125 countries around the world, including universities such as Harvard, Stanford, Oxford, Princeton, Imperial College London, National University of Singapore and so on.
The International Baccalaureate Organization was founded in 1968 in Switzerland with the support of UNESCO. The main objective of this program is to educate inquisitive, comprehensively developed and self-confident young people who are able to solve the problems assigned to them, apply the acquired knowledge in practice in difficult and unpredictable situations and change the world for the better.

The International Baccalaureate® aims to develop inquiring, knowledgeable and caring young people who help to create a better and more peaceful world through intercultural understanding and respect.
